Overview
The Pricing module manages how your products are priced, what discounts apply, and what they cost. It integrates with both sales (CRM) and procurement (WMS) to keep prices and costs in sync.
Price Lists
Create multiple price lists for different markets, customer segments, or time periods. Each price list contains items with per-product prices. Activate and deactivate price lists by date range.
Discount Rules
Define discount rules by percentage, fixed amount, or tiered volume brackets. Rules can apply to specific products, categories, or customer groups.
Cost Tracking
Track product costs using weighted average cost (WAC) methodology. Cost records update automatically as purchase orders are received. Compare costs against selling prices for margin analysis.
Cross-Module Integration
When the CRM-Pricing bridge is installed, the “Refresh Prices” action on quotes pulls prices from the active price list automatically. When the WMS-Pricing bridge is installed, purchase orders can look up costs from product cost records.
