Vehicle Management

Booking and Reservations
Manage the full rental lifecycle: reservation, pickup, extension, return. Track customer details, rental dates, rates, and deposits. Prevent double-booking with real-time availability checks.
Maintenance
Schedule preventive maintenance based on mileage or time intervals. Record maintenance history, costs, and downtime. Flag vehicles that are due for service.
Inspections
Record vehicle condition at pickup and return. Document damages with notes. Track damage resolution and associated costs.
Rate Management
