Inventory Management

Procurement
Start with purchase requests from any department. Approved requests become purchase orders. Track PO status from draft through sent, partially received, and fully received. Manage your supplier database with contact details and history.
Stock Operations
Record receipts when goods arrive, shipments when goods leave, transfers between warehouses, and adjustments for corrections. Each operation updates stock levels automatically and creates a movement record.
Stock Reservations
Reserve stock against sales orders or production needs. Reserved quantities are deducted from available stock while remaining physically in the warehouse until fulfillment.
Product Catalog
Organize products into categories. Track product codes, descriptions, units of measure, and specifications. Shared with other modules (CRM, Pricing) through dForge’s cross-module entity system.
